Chance was founded by Ann Schoot Uiterkamp.

With a background in Finance, HR and Performance Management — and experience as a competitive elite-level duathlete — she bridges business performance and people performance in an integrated, pragmatic way.

She works at the intersection of leadership, structure and culture, helping organizations translate ambition into sustainable results by building on their existing strengths.

Depending on the context, she collaborates with selected partners — flexibly and hands-on.
