About
Chance was founded by Ann Schoot Uiterkamp.
With a background in Finance, HR and Performance Management — combined with her own experience as an elite duathlete — she brings Business Performance and People Performance together in an integrated, pragmatic approach.
Her work also incorporates principles from elite sport, including her Move to Focus approach to sustainable high performance.
She works at the intersection of Business Performance and People Performance, connecting strategic direction, leadership, structure, collaboration and performance management. She supports organizations in translating ambitious goals into measurable results in a sustainable way, building on the existing strengths of both the organization and its people.
Depending on the context, she works with selected partners — flexibly and pragmatically.
